Healthy North Coast invites applications from technology providers to design, build and deliver a Community Wayfinding Assistant using AI. By connecting people with services around them, the AI Wayfinding Assistant will support social prescribing and empower people to understand and self-manage their individual social determinants of health, all of which is critical to healthy living and ageing.

Clinical governance, ethical AI, and privacy protections will underpin the service, ensuring safe, accessible, and culturally appropriate use with ongoing oversight. This initiative combines cutting-edge AI with equity-driven design, ensuring accessibility for those with low digital literacy, CALD backgrounds, and complex needs.
