SERVICE REQUIRED:

Council is seeking Tenders from suitable suppliers to form a Panel Supply arrangement for The Links Golf Shop. The Golf Shop provides pro shop services and currently stocks a range of leading golf equipment brands and an extensive range of men's and women's golfing apparel. The Links Shell Cove Golf Course and Tavern is located in Shell Cove, to the south-east of the Shellharbour LGA, approximately 2.5kms from Shell Cove Harbour and Marina. This 18-hole golf course also features the Golf Shop, a tavern, bottle shop, restaurant and a sports bar.

COST OF TENDER:

ENQUIRIES:

RFT enquiries should be directed to Riadul Islam via the on-line forum.

SUBMITTING TENDER:

i) RFT's can be submitted in electronic format through Council's e-tendering portal in PDF format or alternatively Microsoft WORD format.

ii) Alternatively, RFT's can be submitted in hard copy in the Tender box located at Council's Administration Centre, Customer Service, 76 Cygnet Avenue, Shellharbour City Centre.

While discouraged, Council will accept RFT's submitted by facsimile to Councils Records and Document Management Department on 02 4221 6016, however, Council will not accept emailed tender submissions.

CLOSING DATE AND TIME:

This RFT closes at 10am on 16 September 2025

Ensure ALL files are uploaded to the Electronic Tenders Box (ETB) PRIOR to the time and date above.
