Tender Description

Energy Architecture invite suitably qualified commercial contractors for the construction of a new classroom, refurbishment of existing amenities, relocation of two existing transportable classrooms and landscaping for St Patrick's Primary School, Stawell including:

Construction of a new building containing a junior classroom, meeting space, amenities and canopy
Refurbishment of existing amenities
Relocation of two existing transportable classrooms on site and associated upgrades
Construction of new landscape space including play equipment and concrete pathways

Tenderers will be invited in September for construction commencing in November of 2025. Your submission should include:

Company Profile of previous experience noting value of work including: education projects and other commercial projects
Work in progress including value
Personnel to be on this project and their experience
Contractor staffing methodology for the construction duration
Indicative key sub-trade list and locality to site
Referees
WHS management system and copy of OH&S certification
Any other relevant information
