Planning approval through an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been obtained for a 40ML/day DAFF Filtration Plant at the existing Rushforth Road Water Treatment Plant site. The EIS was based on a Site Master Plan prepared by Beca Hunter H2O. This tender is for:

• Project development and development of a Project Plan to ensure the successful delivery of the project up to Design Develop & Construction (DD&C) contract award
• Project development and procurement, including the preparation of documentation including but not necessarily limited to reference design, technical specification and contract documentation (GC21).
•  Undertaking an Expression of Interest process to select potential DD&C tenderers.
• Undertaking an Early Tenderer Involvement process with selected potential DD&C tenderers; and
• Undertaking a tender process with selected DD&C tenderers (with assistance from Council) in order to proceed to Contract Award.

A non-compulsory pre-Tender site meeting at 701 Rushforth Road will be held on Thursday 28 August commencing at 13:30. Please confirm attendance by emailing the contact officer before CoB on Tuesday 26 August. Note that construction work is currently being undertaken at 701 Rushforth Road and PPE (i.e. high vis vest, hard hat, long sleeves, trousers and steel cap boots) will be required for the site inspection. The contact officer will provide all people advising their attendance with a site diagram outlining the location to meet.
