The National Gallery of Australia (NGA) is seeking to build a relationship with a suitably capable plumbing and hydraulics maintenance supplier who will deliver, under contract, plumbing and hydraulic system maintenance at its Parks and Hume Facilities including but not limited to:

• Planned maintenance;

• Breakdown and reactive repairs;

• Management of all aspects of the contract, including but not limited to:

• co-ordination and oversight of maintenance activities,
• contract transition management,
• detailed reporting and documentation of maintenance work,
• ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and timelines, and
• registration management of key assets;

• The supply of all necessary consumables for maintenance tasks;

• Efficient mobilisation of resources and personnel to service sites;

• Management of the inventory and supply chain for maintenance materials; and

• Updated hydraulic plans.

The Customer will exclude from participation any Potential Supplier that does not demonstrate compliance with:

• Responses received before the specified RFT close date and time.

• Responses meet the specified minimum form and content.

• Section 2 of NGA24-009 Attachment 1 Plumbing and Hydraulic Maintenance SOR.

Timeframe for Delivery: Two years,plus two seperate one year extention options.

Estimated Value (AUD): From $100,000.00 to $200,000.00
