Chichester Cottages Cleaning 2025

Hunter Water are seeking cleaning contractors local to the Dungog area available to attend the Hunter Water owned Chichester Cottages (holiday bookings) to deliver high-quality cleaning services that preserve heritage integrity and ensure guest-ready presentation after each stay.

Planned periodical cleaning will be required to maintain hygiene through routine and deep cleaning. Additional duties may be required from time to time.

Tenderers must tender for all items within a Portion.

Hunter Water's ideal objective is a solution through a single provider, however we anticipate there will be some situations where this may not be the best option.

Where this is assessed to be the case, we will consider including additional suppliers as appropriate, and a tender that does not address all services will NOT be considered non-compliant.
