The University maintains a Business Continuity Framework (BCF) to ensure continuity of critical operations in the event of disruptions, emergencies, or crises. The existing framework requires a comprehensive review to ensure it remains current, effective, and aligned with best practice, legislative requirements, and sector standards.
The University seeks to engage an experienced consultant to conduct a full review of the current framework, consult with key stakeholders, and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement by the end of Q1, 2026.
