NextGen Infrastructure Construction Services Partner(s)

Greater Western Water (GWW) has embarked on a multi-year program to transform its asset delivery capability and capacity. Specifically, GWW has stood up the NextGen Infrastructure (NextGen) initiative with the objective to review its technical and delivery partnering and commercial arrangements for capital project delivery.

A staggered, multi-stage procurement process for Construction services, beginning with an Expression of Interest (EOI).

A market briefing is scheduled for Monday 27 October 2025, further details including how to register will be provided in the EOI documentation.

The scope of services required for GWW12005 NextGen Infrastructure Construction Services Partner(s) will include:

• Treatment Plant construction
• Network asset construction
• Network asset renewal design and construction
• The Victorian Government Social Procurement Framework will be applied to the procurement process.
