Tender Description

The Scope of Works is as follows:

  •  Provision of administration and documentation, procedures, plans and programs, obtain permits from authorities;
  •  Service proving, setting out of works, site establishment and demobilisation;
  •  Work Health and Safety system implementation;
  •  Earthworks, stormwater drainage, pump building, pumps, gantry crane, diesel electrical generator, paved areas, fences/rails, pipeworks & thrust restraints, electrical supply and connection etc;
  •  Design and construction of a 1.5ML low level tank;
  •  All other works necessary to ensure compliance with Construction Drawings and the Specification;
  •  Testing and commissioning, supply of as constructed information;
  •  Restoration of site following works, including reinstatement of sealed pavements and reinstatement of grassed areas;
  •  Maintenance during the Defects Liability Period.
