Tender Description

The Organisation is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision for the Design and Construction of the Foster and Toora Water Treatment Plant Filter Renewals.

The contract works will be generally comprised of the following components:

  • Project, Safety, Quality and Environmental management;
  • Detailed design;
  • New gravity filters;
  • Associated tanks, pipework, pumps and equipment;
  • All civil works;
  • New Powder Activated Carbon batching and dosing system;
  • All associated electrical, instrumentation and control system upgrades including SCADA software integration;
  • Testing, commissioning and proof of performance
