Tender Description

Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the delivery of Stage 1 – Irrigation Upgrade Works at the Malvern Valley Public Golf Course. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to:

Decommissioning of the existing transfer pump station;
Removal and reinstallation of the existing pump;
Supply and installation of transfer pipework;
Supply and installation of a new irrigation pump station within the existing pump shed;
Installation of high-voltage electrical infrastructure in both pump sheds;
Supply and installation of new mainline and potable water pipework, including capped connections for future stages; and
Installation of wiring looms and commissioning of the entire system.

The successful contractor will be required to provide all labour, materials, equipment, services and facilities necessary to complete the works in accordance with the project drawings and specifications.
