Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by Health NZ relates to after-hours and urgent care services with a specific focus on NZ's after-hours and urgent care framework. The goal is to ensure that 98% of New Zealanders can access urgent care within one hour's drive of their home.

The following are key objectives as defined in the RFP:

  •  Provide consistent urgent care
  •  Ensure easy navigation
  •  Integrate with broader healthcare services

We are looking for providers who have the capability, experience and infrastructure to deliver after-hours and urgent care services in their community. This RFP is specifically for Dunedin.

You are requested to confirm your interest in accordance with the details contained in the RFP. Additionally, there will be a briefing for interested providers on 7 August 2025 - providers are requested to register for this online session.
