Horsham Rural City Council (HRCC) seeks to appoint a panel of suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the supply and installation of industrial fencing within Council’s industrial estates, parks, reserves and various other properties throughout the municipality.

The works to be carried out include, but are not limited to the following:

• Site establishment;
• Management and supervision;
• Quality, Environmental and OH&S management;
• Service locations and protection of utilities;
• Set out of works and level control;
• Removal and disposal of existing fencing where specified;
• Supply and installation of industrial fencing and gates as specified; and
• Clean up, disposal of waste and site remediation.

Council intends to engage a panel of suppliers. Quantum or any works under this contract is not guaranteed.

The contract will be awarded for an initial three (3) year period with options of a further three (3) one (1) year terms, to be offered at the sole discretion Council.

Tenders must be uploaded to the e Tendering Portal within the time and date specified

Council is not bound to accept any or lowest tender.

Late tenders will not be considered.

Electronic Tenders will only be accepted through Council’s e procure Portal.

All enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted through the electronic portal where the option to post a question is situated.
