Tender Description
This project involves the installation of traffic calming measures at key locations along Albert Street, Bowden Street, and Railway Avenue in Horsham to improve road safety and reduce vehicle speeds. Works include one raised pedestrian (wombat) crossing on Albert Street, two flat-top road humps on Bowden Street and Railway Avenue, and associated street lighting. The project addresses community concerns and supports safer travel near schools in line with Horsham Rural City Council’s Road Safety Strategy.
