Construction of a sewer pump station to service the Valla Urban Growth Area development.

Scope

Supply and installation of a sewer pump station, emergency storage and associated hardstand and access road. Upgrade of the power supply transformer, installation of a new water fillings station and construction of a cul-de-sac turning area.

Pre-Tender Meeting

A mandatory pre-tender meeting is proposed for:

• Date: Thursday 14/08/2025
• Time: 10:00AM
• Location: On site at Ginnagay Way, Valla NSW 2448. Opposite Foxs Road, Nambucca Heads.

You must confirm your attendance with the contact person, robert.spampinato@pwa.nsw.gov.au, at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled meeting date.

Supplier Account

All suppliers must have a Supplier account on Supplier Hub to download and lodge responses. To create a Supplier account please go to https://buy.nsw.gov.au/login/signup

Lodging a Response

Suppliers must submit their response into the buy NSW system before 3pm on the close date. Responses can be submitted and edited multiple times until the opportunity closes, with only the most recent submission being submitted. Allow at least an hour before the tender closes to complete your submission, upload documents, and contact support if needed.

Uploading Large Files

Files are virus scanned and encrypted once uploaded. Suppliers are encouraged to upload early and wait until the upload bar completes to ensure success.
