The City of Armadale is seeking a suitably qualified and resourced supplier to provide Superintendent Services for the Redevelopment of Gwynne Park Pavilion, a major capital works project. Representative, delivering contract administration and site oversight throughout the construction phase to ensure quality outcomes, timely delivery, and effective coordination between the City and the appointed Contractor.
