Tender Description
Sunrayisa Institute of TAFE will be undertaking works to rebuild its Childcare Centre TAFE Kids.
Stage 1: TAFE Kids will rebuild the termite-damaged front third of the building while the centre remains open, including cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, and termite barriers.
Stage 2: Two bathrooms will be renovated during the Christmas/New Year closure, 19 December 2025 to 16 January 2026.
Stage 3: The verandas around TAFE Kids will be rebuilt to ensure they are compliant and waterproof.
PLEASE NOTE: An addendum with the Services Documentation Package and Door Hardware Schedule will be released next week.
TAFE Kids Rebuild Site Visit
A briefing session will be held at 453 Benetook Avenue, Mildura, Victoria, Australia, 3500 on 4 August 2025 09:30 am.
A site visit is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
