RFI Kerbside Collections

⁠⁠⁠East Gippsland Shire Council (Council) is responsible for the collection and processing of waste and recyclables through the Shire, and for complying with waste management policies (including relating to a circular economy) as and when they are adopted.

Council is seeking Invitee's responses on the key aspects of the provision of future kerbside waste and recycling collections and related services through this public Request for Information.

Request for Information

As part of the application process, Council requires suppliers to complete the Confidentiality Agreement in this public RFI, signed by each individual in your organisation who intends to access the documents.

Once the agreement has been completed, please submit this to the electronic tender box for review.

If accepted, Council will invite your organisation to a private notice where the full documents can be accessed by approved respondents. These documents are strictly confidential and may only be viewed by approved respondents.

Please note, the invitation to the private notice will be sent to the email account associated with the completed Confidentiality Agreement.

Individual users will need to be registered as an active User on your Supplier profile to receive the link to the private notice.

Suppliers will need to register with the East Gippsland Shire Council portal to be invited to the private notice. If you have a subscription, you will still need to register.

If you are not registered with the East Gippsland Shire Council, please do so.

Respondents will need to submit their expression of interest to the private notice.

Online Briefing

An online briefing will be held on Monday 4 August 2025 at 9am.

Respondents will need to register their interest at the public RFI by 12 midday Wednesday 30 July 2025 via email to procurement@egipps.vic.gov.au.
