Central Coast Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the supply, installation, and maintenance of a comprehensive off-street carpark management system and associated equipment for the Gosford City Carpark, a 650-space multi-storey facility. The project also includes an optional scope to integrate the ground floor at-grade carpark into the broader parking guidance and camera sensor solution. The contract will cover the replacement of the existing ticketed parking system, with a focus on modern, ticketless, and automated solutions to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and security.

The contract will be for a fixed 5 year term, including hardware installation and commissioning, all licensing, comprehensive maintenance, software support, and support from an intercom and after hours network operations centre.

There will be an extension option of 1 x 5 years based on performance and Council review.

The successful Tenderer will be required to deliver the project through commissioning within 18-20 weeks of contract award, with staged go-live for external wayfinding signage if required.

Council is seeking to use this Request for Tender as a basis for entering into a Contract with the preferred Tenderer.
