Contract for Road Resurfacing Works (3+1+1 Years)

The Council invites proposals from experienced contractors for the resurfacing of sealed roads within its 780km network, with an annual target of 280,000m² to 340,000m² of resurfacing. The core scope includes resealing and second coat sealing, with provisional work items such as slurry sealing, cape sealing, and asphaltic concrete resurfacing also allowed over the contract term.

This is a three-year contract with the potential for two one-year extensions based on performance and quality (3+1+1 years). The contract aims to support Council's objectives of maintaining a safe, efficient, accessible, and fit-for-purpose roading network.

Key deliverables include:

• Collaboration on seal design
• Sealing and pavement marking
•  RAMM data entry and management
