Scope: This project involves the installation of audio systems in stadiums 4 & 5 at MSAC as well as the integration of these systems with existing audio networks.

The project is split into two distinct work packages consisting of:

- Separable portion one (SP1) - installation of services that support AV including cabling

- Separable portion two (SP2) - integration of those services into existing AV management system

It is preferred but not mandatory that these two packages be delivered by the same vendor.

Background: Stadiums 4 and 5 in MSAC do not have integrated audio systems which results in the requirement to hire external audio systems for events. Stadiums 1-3 have previously had audio infrastructure installed and this proposal is to align all stadiums in terms of functionality and capability.

Objectives: Installation and integration of permanent audio infrastructure in stadiums 4 and 5.

Deliverables:

- Loudspeaker installation throughout stadiums 4 & 5

- EWIS Interface to mute audio system in event of alarm being triggered

- Integration with existing Q-SYS auto network & control scheme allowing sitewide paging, BGM, and system reporting back to the central DSP

- Dual Shure SLXD Wireless Microphone system with 2 x Wireless Handheld Microphones & additional inputs for music sources and extra microphones
