This procurement is to go to market to engage a suitably qualified consultant on the finalisation of the Eastern Broadacre Strategic Assessment (EBSA) documentation, including the Strategic Assessment Report, all required field surveys and stakeholder engagement and Supplementary Report (and excluding the Program Report).
