Tender Description
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing will support CHN to commission non-clinical, person-centred, recovery-focused psychosocial support services over the relevant period. Approximately $1,434,274.21 (GST exclusive) will be allocated to the successful applicants, who will be contracted to provide psychosocial support services via this procurement (RFP) process, for the period 1 October 2025 – 30 June 2027.
Target Persons

- increase connection and reduce isolation
- increase knowledge and skills
- increase engagement in daily activities, relationships and the community
- improve or stabilise mental health and wellbeing
- improve self-confidence and independence
- move towards personal recovery goals, and
- support access to appropriate supports, including the NDIS where appropriate.
