This REOI relates to the purchase of Giraffe Barn, Yard and Service Road Renewals. The key outcomes that we want to achieve are:

- An upgraded area for Giraffes which betters their welfare & environment.

- A functional giraffe management building

- Reducing health and safety risks for animals and staff
