Tender Description

The City of Fremantle is seeking a heritage-experienced building contractor to deliver the 'Creative Hub' project at Walyalup Fremantle Arts Centre (WFAC), involving the internal fit-out of a multi-purpose rehearsal and performance space and a community-grade recording studio.

This space will serve as a flexible, acoustically treated environment to support rehearsals, live performances, and creative development by local artists, while also remaining adaptable for general day-to-day use by WFAC staff for meetings and other activities. Key works include acoustic treatment to support amplified music, along with general interior fit out works such as new ceilings, lighting, mechanical system and associated finishes.
