Tender Description
The South Australia Tourism Commission is seeking quotes for the provision of Temporary Grandstands for the 2025, 2026 and 2027 Christmas Pageant.
The Christmas Pageant requires temporary scaffold, platforms and/or grandstands to be supplied, delivered, installed and dismantled in order to provide raised areas for corporate patrons and spectators to have an advantageous viewing point of the event.
Approximately (up to) 850 people are required to be accommodated on the NPCP Grandstand. Therefore, a temporary seating and platform structure is required to be built, generally on a road, opposite the procession. The grandstand will also need to be accessible, including the capability to accommodate wheelchairs.
