This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) has developed two 10 to 15-minute surveys to gather insights from consumers and healthcare providers (HCPs) regarding their attitudes, awareness, use, and suggestions for a shared medicines list. These insights will help identify current challenges and limitations in medicines information sharing and inform the development of business and information requirements for a future shared medicines record.
Scope of Work
The Agency seeks a provider to recruit participants for two online surveys:
1. Consumers: 500 participants (nationally representative by age, gender, metro/regional/rural location, state/territory)
2. Healthcare Providers:
- 250 pharmacists
- 200 general practitioners (GPs)
- 50 hospital-based junior doctors
- Representative by state/territory
The provider is expected to:
- Manage recruitment and incentives
- Ensure data quality and response authenticity
- Deliver cleaned and de-identified datasets
Please note that the Agency will provide the survey questions to be administered.
The Agency expects data collection to commence in July 2025 and provision of deliverables ASAP following commencement of data collection.
Deliverables
- 2x cleaned datasets in CSV and SPSS formats
- Data dictionary/glossary for provided datasets
Quotation Requirements
Please include:
- Relevant experience in health research recruitment
- Proposed recruitment methodology including approach to ensuring national representativeness
- Information on data quality assurance processes
- Timeline and cost estimate (inclusive of all fees and incentives including GST where applicable)
