Mildura Rural City Council is seeking tender responses from suitably qualified contractors, individuals and organisations to provide commercial building construction services for the delivery of the Murrayville Multipurpose Centre Upgrade. The upgrade include:

- the upgrade the existing Murrayville Multipurpose Centre,

- the upgrade and expansion the existing kindergarten/childcare facilities,

- as well as providing new maternal and child health consulting rooms under the roof of the existing facility

INSPECTION: A site inspection is scheduled for 11.00am on Tuesday 8 July 2025. Inspections are highly recommended but not mandatory.

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.

Council encourages innovative and creative responses to its specification, however should always form part of a conforming tender.
