Refurbish or replace ~61m of sandstone kerb and reconstruct the adjacent footpath to new levels, from the TCS post near Toothill St to the second driveway of Lewisham Public School.

Project goals

The project is a Safety Upgrade to enhance road safety for all users by implementing multiple works from Toothill Street to the second driveway of Lewisham Public School, including kerb and footpath improvements.

Scope

Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors under the National Prequalification Scheme for Civil (road and bridge) Construction – Construction Category Roadworks (as of 2 June 2025), with mandatory level of F1 or higher (Financial) and R2 or higher (Roadworks) to complete the works. This work consists of, but is not limited to, removal and refurbish or replacement of existing sandstone kerb. Replacing the footpath behind the kerb at new levels.

Prospective applicants will need to complete, sign and return the Confidentiality Deed Poll (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given access to the Request for Tender documents.
