DEECA seeks submissions from suitably qualified, licenced and experienced organisation to provide the department with fixed lump sum proposal to act as the head construction contractor for compliance upgrades of Wash Down at the following regional sites:

•Yarram – 58 Rodgers Street

•Bendoc – 6 Nichol Street

•Cavendish – 128 Cadden Road

PLEASE NOTE: Tenderer’s may tender for the provision of construction services at either one, two or all three sites. Each site must be priced separately.

Please refer to this specification and associated documentation to submit a single price, fixed lump sum proposal not subject to rise or fall, with a component breakdown as per the Schedule of Costs and Trade Breakdown. Ensure that all material, transportation and disposal costs are included in your fee proposal.
