GOTAFE is seeking Offers to this Invitation from suitably experienced, resourced and qualified suppliers to provide lawn mowing and garden maintenance services to its nominated campuses. This contract covers all grounds within the boundaries of each campus of GOTAFE and includes courtyards, building entrances, carparks, barbecue areas and areas accessible to the public.

GOTAFE aims to secure lawn mowing and gardening maintenance services to uphold exceptional standards for campus lawns and gardens, ensuring a well-maintained and safe environment for students and staff.

This Invitation invites suppliers to submit an Offer for one or more separable parts of the scope of work. The scope of works has been divided into distinct portions (Separable Parts) as follows:

1. Separable Part A – Wangaratta Campuses
2. Separable Part B – Shepparton Campuses
3. Separable Part C – Seymour Campuses

Suppliers may submit Offers for one, multiple or all Separable Parts as outlined in the Invitation. Suppliers should note that:

• Each Separable Part will be evaluated independently based on its own merit.
• GOTAFE reserves the right to award some, all or none of the Separable Parts to any Invitee.
• Submission of an Offer does not guarantee award of any or all Separable Parts.
• GOTAFE may award different Separable Parts to different suppliers depending on the evaluation outcome.
