Under a collaborative procurement arrangement, Wellington Shire Council (Lead Council) together with Baw Baw Shire Council, Latrobe City Council and South Gippsland Shire Council collectively invite qualified and experienced contractors to tender for the provision of services being the receipt and processing of kerbside collected recycling materials. Recycling includes commingled recycling (including glass), mixed recycling (excluding glass) and glass recycling.

All tenderers must register with Wellington Shire Councils platform to obtain the tender documents. 

The lower or any tender will not necessarily by accepted. Late tenders will not be accepted.
