Leichhardt Oval Refurbishment – Project Management Services

Inner West Council (IWC) is inviting tenders from qualified and experienced client-side Project Management Consultants to deliver the Leichhardt Oval Refurbishment project, and seeks Lump Sum Fee proposals for Project Manager to manage the following project stages, including the following:

Stage 2: Design, documentation and planning to Contractor Award

• Design development - Schematic Design, Detailed Design, 80% for Developed Design 
• Construction (DD&C) Tender
• Planning pathway (preparation, application, response and procurement of consent)
• DD&C Contractor Procurement (tender, evaluate, award)

Stage 3: DD&C Contractor Delivery

• Mobilisation after Contractor Award
• Construction, commissioning and defect-free handover of the Project (as per GC-21)
• Wrap up contract administration following Stage 3

Stage 4: GC-21 Post-Completion Period
