Tender Description

The City Design and Construction Department would like to establish a panel of contractors to deliver Council's Capital Works Program specifically in relation to civil and landscaping works. This will allow the Department to streamline the procurement process and have a prequalified panel of contractors available to allow for efficient delivery of the Capital Works Program.

The Scope of this Contract relates to the civil and landscaping component of the Counci's Capital Works Program and other related infrastructure projects.

Projects are delivered through eleven (11) categories of work as detailed below.

  • Preliminaries
  • Demolition
  • Earthworks
  • Drainage Works
  • Road Pavement
  • Concrete Works
  • Signage & Linemarking
  • Speed Humps
  • Miscellaneous
  • Structural Retaining Wall
  • Landscaping Works

The Scope continues through to the successful resolution of all defects identified in the Defects Liability Period, including handover.
