Procurement of Registered Training Organisations

⁠⁠⁠Fraser Coast Regional Council (FCRC) is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the legislated work health & safety training of council officers by Registered Training Organisations.

The following training programs (Portions) are required:

• Portion 1 - Confined Space

• Portion 2 - Low Voltage Resuscitation (LVR)

• Portion 3 - First Aid

• Portion 4 - Cardio Pulminary Resuscitation (CPR)

• Portion 5 - Traffic Management Implementation (TMI)

• Portion 6 - Working at Heights

• Portion 7 - ACDC – Handling and use of chemicals

• Portion 8 - High Pressure Water Jetting

• Portion 9 - Vehicle Loading Crane

• Portion 10 - Working as a Safety Observer/Spotter

• Portion 11 - Dogging/Rigging

• Portion 12 - Health & Safety Representative Training

• Portion 13- All Civil Operations Machinery and Equipment - Covering all categories of plant and equipment used in civil construction, infrastructure maintenance, and operational works, includ-ing excavators, graders, rollers, loaders, and other relevant earthmoving and material handling machinery.

• Portion 14 - All High-Risk Work Licence - Encompassing all classes as prescribed under the model WHS Regulations, including but not limited to forklift, elevated work platforms, dogging, rigging, scaffolding, and various crane operations.

• Portion 15 - All Chainsaw Training Programs – Encompassing competency-based training in chain-saw operation, maintenance, tree trimming, polesaw and tree felling (basic to advanced), aligned to nationally recognised units across forestry, arboriculture, and parks management contexts.

• Portion 16 - All Asbestos Training Programs – Covering asbestos awareness, non-friable and fria-ble asbestos removal, and supervision of asbestos-related works, in alignment with regulatory li-censing and WHS legislative requirements.

The Prospective Tenderer/s can provide an offer for one (1) of the portions, multiple portions or all portions listed above.

The Principal may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.
