Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠This procurement relates to engaging a suitably qualified and resourced design team who will produce a Concept & Preliminary Design complementary to the QEC Development Plan. The QEC Development Plan has undertaken a prioritisation process whereby the scope has been prioritised by the community need.

This development plan comprises the following areas:

• 4x indoor courts

• 800m2 Fitness Centre

• Carpark changes and road reconfiguration where required

• Plaza area at entry

• Hard paving/concrete behind new courts

• Green space and landscaping
