Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for the supply and delivery of approximately 20,000 seedlings, indigenous to the Horsham district area for the Rural Revegetation Program 2026-2028.

This contract will be awarded for an initial three (3) year period commencing 1 July 2025 with options of a further one (1), two (2) year terms, to be offered at the sole discretion Council.

The nature of the contract is a lump sum payment for each year of the contract period. Supplier’s unit prices are firm for the first three years of the contract.

Quantity of seed stock is not guaranteed under this contract. Council’s Contract Supervisor will advise the contractor by the 1st July of each preceding year if stock quantities need to be reduced, for the term of contract.
