Tender Description
The City of Onkaparinga is seeking responses from suitably qualified contractors for Emu Park Playground – Marita St, Morphett Vale.
OBJECTIVES
- Renovate the facility as per drawings and specifications.
- Undertake construction between the dates specified.
Work included:
The contractor must include allowances for all labour, plant, tools and materials and shall include but shall not be limited to:
- Verify the condition of the existing water meter, backflow device/s and distribution board
- Confirm pressure and flow rates at the meter prior to commencing the irrigation design.
- Design an irrigation system to the Specification contained herein.
- Supply and install a Rain Bird “ESP‐LXD” controller including GPRS module and associated components inside the existing irrigation enclosure.
- Supply and install irrigation system headworks, to the areas indicated on the drawings, including the appropriate level of backflow prevention (as a minimum a testable double check valve), master solenoid valve, flow sensor and zone valve assemblies (refer to the detailed specification drawings for installation requirements and standards).
- Connect to SA Water meter at the location noted on the drawing.
- Provide full as‐constructed drawings and documentation as noted.
