Via the Hope Research Fund, Lung Foundation Australia is pleased to invite applications for the Rosemary Holmes Memorial Travel Grant, valued at $5,000 for the 2025 World Conference for Lung Cancer.

This Travel Grant is supported by a generous donation from the Holmes family, in honour and memory of Rosemary Holmes, a beloved wife, mother and educator whose deep commitment to fostering knowledge and a love of learning remains an enduring legacy. This Travel Grant is intended to provide early and mid-career lung cancer researchers with an educational opportunity to attend the World Conference on Lung Cancer.

Applications from those intending to present their research as a poster and/or oral or abstract are highly encouraged and will be given priority during the assessment process.

Grant funding may be used to cover any or all of the following costs incurred:

• Return airfares.
• Accommodation for the duration of the conference.
• Travel costs (e.g. taxis, parking).
• Daily incidentals and meals.
• Full Registration.
