SS Michaels and Johns Primary School, Horsham, VIC New General Learning Areas and STEAM, Drama & Multimedia Building

Expressions of interest are invited from registered commercial building companies for building works at Ss Michaels and Johns Primary School, 7 McLachlan St, Horsham, VIC, 3400

The works comprise of the extension to the existing learning building of 250m2, refurbishment of existing student amenities and Learning areas, and the construction of a new STEAM, Drama and Multimedia Building of approx. 350m2 and associated site works.

Construction is anticipated to commence August 2025

Expressions of Interest outlining commercial registration, management structure, relevant experience on similar projects, resourcing and current workload, OH&S Policies and Procedures and referees must be in writing and shall be received at the following address prior to 2.00pm on Thursday, 5th June 2025 (following which, a short-list of Tenderers shall be prepared).
