V/Line is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and competent suppliers for the provision of Rail Replacement Coaches (RRC) Statewide.

The scope of services for the RFT include:

1. Unplanned Coach Replacements – Shutdowns / Emergency events.

2. Planned Occupations – Projects, and V/Line’s Annual Works Plan (AWP) and Rail Maintenance.

3. There are five (x5) corridors that require RRC coverage.

• Eastern (Pakenham, Warragul, Traralgon, Bairnsdale).
• North-Eastern (Seymour, Shepparton, Albury).
• North (Bendigo, Echuca, Swan Hill).
• Western (Ballarat, Ararat, Maryborough).
• South-Western (Tarneit, Wyndham Vale, Geelong, Warrnambool)
