Swan Hill Rural City Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified service providers to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the current alarm and surveillance systems in place across its facilities.

The purpose of this project is to identify potential security gaps, vulnerabilities and areas for improvement to ensure the systems are effective, reliable and fully compliant with relevant regulations.

Objectives:

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the current alarm and surveillance systems, examining their coverage and functionality to identify any gaps.

• Identify vulnerabilities and risks such as unmonitored areas, outdated technology, or insufficient system integration that could compromise building security.

• Provide practical recommendations to address identified gaps and enhance the overall effectiveness of the systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet the security needs of the building.
