This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The buyer is seeking the ad-hoc services of the required resources to deliver modern and sophisticated AI related solutions. The work to be delivered under the agreement is likely to be short-to-medium term in duration, to augment existing capacity and allow the buyer's team to surge subject to demand particularly in the delivery of AI powered, business enabling capability. The seller should be able to retain resources who can be deployed at short notice to support the requirements and would maintain access to the buyer's systems for the duration of the activity. The expected resourcing would typically an individual or key resource team to deliver AI solutions from end to end. To ensure the efficient delivery of technology of this type, roles such as project managers, data analysts, or business analysts may be required depending on the specific project requirements.
In the delivery of AI solutions various technologies may be used, with the primary technology stack used including Microsoft Azure ML and Azure Cognitive Services. However, the buyer is open to leveraging new or additional technologies and platforms over time to meet project requirements and ensure the best possible outcomes.
Our ideal candidates will:
- Have experience in the use of DevOps and MLOps as they apply to AI and data science related activities, particularly with Azure Machine Learning Studio and Cognitive Services, but also with other relevant platforms and tools.
- Have experience delivering AI and data science solutions using Microsoft technologies, as well as familiarity with other frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Be able to apply judgment and critical thinking skills to problem-solving, ensuring robust and innovative solutions.
- Be able to efficiently translate requirements into outcomes, working across teams to ensure the timely delivery of results.
- Have demonstrated government sector experience, including working in small project teams, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges and requirements of public sector projects.
- Have experience in the delivery of AI solutions in the government context and understand and be able to mitigate the specific risks associated with AI in government.
For project managers, data analysts, and business analysts, the ideal candidates will:
- Have experience managing and coordinating AI and data science projects, ensuring that all project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Possess strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Be proficient in using data visualization tools and techniques to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Have experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing resources effectively.
This approach ensures that while the focus remains on Microsoft technologies, there is enough flexibility to incorporate other tools and platforms, allowing for a more versatile and adaptable solution.
