The City is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to create and deliver a Building Asset Management Framework for the City of Melville.
The City has 205 structures, of which approximately 185 are staffed or tenanted buildings. These buildings vary in age, size, complexity and functionality. To ensure the City can make informed decisions relating to financial and human resources a Building Asset Management Framework is required.
