Suburban Land Agency is seeking a consultant team to undertake the subdivision design and approvals for the development of Kenny. The tender includes due diligence, master plan review, business plan support, subdivision design and approval for Stage 1 and detailed design. The tender also requests a provisional amount to provide services for Stage 2. The core consultant team is expected to include Urban Design, Planning, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture and sub-consultants.

The Principal Documents are confidential and will be released to Tenderers only upon execution and return to TendersACT of the Deed of Confidentiality.
