Hydro Tasmania is seeking to uplift its SAP Landscape Management.

The key objectives of the uplift are to:

• Accelerate Deployments: Decrease the time required to deploy new SAP landscapes or refresh existing ones, to allow for faster project implementation and time-to-production.

• Increase Agility: Enable the organisation to run multiple SAP projects concurrently without resource conflicts or performance degradation.

• Enhance Scalability: Ensure the SAP landscape can adapt to future growth, changes in demand, and new business requirements without requiring significant re-architecting or investment.

• Improved Testing Quality: Enable more frequent data refreshes, providing higher-quality data for testing and reducing testing effort.

• Process and Skills Gap: Enhance processes to support SAP Landscapes and provide training and support for operational teams to manage ongoing SAP Landscape Refreshes.

• Future-Proof the Solution: Select a landscape management approach that can adapt to potential changes in the hosting environment (e.g., migration to the cloud) without significant disruption.

Hydro Tasmania is seeking suitably experienced vendors to recommend solutions and provide details on how they will facilitate the above objectives. In order to understand the range of potential suitable suppliers interested in providing the required services, Hydro Tasmania will be undertaking a two-stage procurement process to evaluate interest, experience and capability from Proponents before requesting pricing and a more detailed response.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to:

• Determine suitability and availability of interested Proponents for completing the implementation and to identify what applications will be offered.

• Evaluate and recommend suitable Proponents to be shortlisted and then requested to provide a proposal as part of Stage 2 Request for Proposal process.

• Suitable Proponents will be invited to proceed to the second stage; at this stage Hydro Tasmania does not have a limit on how many Proponents will be short listed as the focus is on potential suitability.
