Background Aqwest currently has a contract with a supplier for the provision of Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) Licenses, specifically for Microsoft365 (M365) and Microsoft Azure. The same supplier provides Microsoft CSP Support for Aqwest’s M365 & Azure tenancy.

Aqwest currently sources the below Microsoft CSP license types from the current supplier:

• Microsoft365 E5

• Microsoft365 Copilot

• Microsoft Entra ID P2

• Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Plan 2)

• Microsoft Teams Rooms Pro

• Planner Plan 1

• Project Plan 3

• Visio Plan 2

• Exchange Online (Plan 1)

• Power BI Premium Per User

• SQL Server Standard Core 2022

• Windows Server 2022 Standard – 8 Core License Pack

• Windows Server 2022 Remote Desktop Services 1 User CAL

Aqwest’s Azure tenancy has multiple subscriptions associated with it for the purpose of using Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), such as Virtual Machines (Servers); and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), such as for Azure Integration Services. Aqwest also currently sources Microsoft CSP Support Services from the same supplier for its Microsoft 365 and Azure tenancy.

Timeframe:  Twelve (12) months.
