Georges River Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from not-for-profit community organisations for a Non-Exclusive Licence Agreement of a licensed area within the Community Facility known as Kingsgrove Community Centre located at 30 Morgan Street, Kingsgrove.

The Non-Exclusive Licence Agreement is for a term of five (5) years.

Submissions close on Tuesday, 3 June 2025 at 5:00 pm.

If you are not already registered on our tendering portal, by 5.00 pm, Wednesday, 14 May 2025.

Once registered, notify the Council at communityproperty@georgesriver.nsw.gov.au and further details will be provided.
