Tender Description

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for inclusion in the Minor Works Panel, Civil Infrastructure (Panel).

Tenderers will need to demonstrate they have the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required services to Council. Council requires the provision of the Works over a range of civil works.

  • Concrete Works (Path, Kerb, Gutter, Driveways etc)
  • Retaining Walls (Concrete Block, Treated Pine etc)
  • Drainage Infrastructure (Pipes, Pits, Headwalls etc)
  • Traffic Devices (Speed Humps, Pedestrian Crossings, Raised Thresholds, Splitter Islands Refuge Islands, Roundabouts, and associated Linemarking and Signage)
  • Street Furniture (Bins, Bench Seats, Trees, Bike Racks)
  • Associated Works and Management (Establishment, Management Plans, Dilapidation Reports, Service Location, Work as Ex, Turfing, Tree Protection etc)
