1. ERP Program would seek professional benefits management services from a suitable vendor to support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program Office broadly, and specifically in supporting the drafting of the Benefits components of the Human Capital Management (HCM) business case.

2. Drivers in building the capability include ERP External Assurance Findings, ASIC Portfolio Office Requirements and need to build and align HCM Business Case with DTA Benefits Management Policy.

3. Outcomes sought would include:

Primary: Outcome 1 - Creating Benefits Management artefacts for the HCM business case, increasing the quality and likelihood of business case adoption:

• Benefit/Outcomes Map (scope to include current in flight ERP Program projects and those that are associated with business cases in draft including HCM and others)
• HCM Benefits Profiles and Realisation Register

Secondary: Outcome 2 - Increasing ERP Program and Portfolio Office Services Benefits Management capability via knowledge transfer:

• Core ASIC team participation and practical training in applied benefits/value management framework (via the HCM business Case Process - Outcome 1) that could be applied across the Program/Portfolio
